This Bengali kirtan is from the book 'Prarthana' of Srila Narottama Das Thakur and is titled 'Sādhaka Dehocita Sri Vṛndāvana Vāsa Lālasā Song 1'. Thakur is expressing extreme greed to become a wanderer in the blissful Vraja-dhama. Body smeared with the holy dust, he loudly calls out the names of Sri Radha and Krishna in a choked voice full of love. He longs, when will my body fall down to the ground as I am wandering visiting various places like Rāsa-sthalī, Vaṁśīvaṭa, Girirāja Govardhan and Śrī Rādhākuṇḍa? This Kirtan is sung by Sri Phuleswar Brahmachari in the association of devotees praying for the blessings of Srila Gurudev prior to Srila Gurudev’s departure.
